CMBM Internships

My internship at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine was truly life-changing. In my ten months at the Center, I was challenged on both personal and professional levels. I learned how to apply mind-body medicine to my own life, as well as how to deliver the best information to healthcare professionals and the public, whether through the Center’s exceptional professional training programs or Dr. Gordon’s latest book. Being able to experience the Mind-Body Medicine Professional Training Program in Berkeley, CA was inspiring, informative, and unforgettable.

The Center—its staff, faculty, interns, and volunteers—are like a family. Each and every member of the Center family is a dedicated and warm professional, committed to sharing the power of mind-body medicine, integrative nutrition, and comprehensive cancer care to the world.

My internship also set the foundation for me in my next steps post-college. I now have a better sense of who I am and what kind of impact I want to make in this world. The Center exposed me to various types of work and working styles that I am certain will make me a more versatile and skillful employee in the future.

Although my internship is completed, I know that my relationship with the Center is not, because my experience at the Center will continue to influence my future.
