Amy Shinal, LCSW

Amy Shinal, LCSW Amy Shinal, LCSW, is a Psychotherapist and Consultant, utilizing Mind-Body skills and other integrative approaches with individuals, groups and organizations. She has pursued post-graduate training in clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, and several other healing modalities; and incorporates imagery, breathwork, meditation, and energy medicine into her work. Amy presents experiential Mind-Body workshops for corporations, non-profits and healthcare organizations, and also consults on the development and implementation of mind-body and stress awareness programs in the workplace.

Amy is the Director of Clinical Services at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine where she consults on program development and implementation for the Center’s professional training programs. She is on the faculty for Center programs including Mind-Body Medicine, CancerGuides® and Healing the Wounds of War, which provides trauma relief training in Israel and the Palestinian territories; and she also manages the center’s Certification Program in Mind-Body Medicine. Amy facilitates regular mind-body skills groups and supervises the training of healthcare professionals in the US, Israel and Gaza, who are interested in deepening their skills.
