Scholarship Application for Mind-Body Medicine 2009

We welcome your application for scholarship assistance. Please note we are a small non-profit organization with limited resources. For this training, we have a limited amount of partial scholarships available for those working with underserved and those working with military and veterans. Preference is given to those in a position to train others, those working with large numbers of patients/clients, and those in leadership roles. Please apply only if you cannot get funding from your institution or personal funds. Thank you.
